North Kingstown, RI The YMCA of Greater Providence sold the West Bay YMCA located at 7540 Post Rd. to Ocean State Job Lot Charitable Foundation for $1 million. The 20,000 s/f wellness center has been refurbished by the buyers.
Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal was the exclusive broker on the transaction.
