Connolly Bros. completes 40,000 s/f fit-up for Nordblom and Lantheus

Bedford, MA Connolly Brothers, Inc. has completed a 40,000 s/f office space fit-up for Lantheus Medical Imaging at its new location in the south building at 201 Burlington Rd., on behalf of Nordblom Company.

“Nordblom has previously worked with Connolly Brothers on fit-ups in the New England market,” said Robb LaBossiere, senior property manager at Nordblom. “We remain very satisfied with the high quality of work and excellent value that Connolly delivers for the benefit of our discerning business clients.”

Connolly’s work with Nordblom in the region includes fit-ups for the Burlington-based offices of global design firm Stantec and enterprise software company Micro Focus. Lantheus Medical Imaging is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, selling, and distributing innovative diagnostic imaging agents and products, such as radiopharmaceuticals and contrast agents for nuclear and ultrasound-based cardiovascular diagnostic imagining procedures.

Connolly Brothers provided pre-construction, design, and construction management services on the fit-up, which included high-end, open office space and kitchen break rooms on two of the building’s three stories. Operating on a condensed time frame with phased occupancy, adaptive reuse of features such as millwork, sliding glass systems, HVAC systems, and lighting enabled delivery of a stylish space for a fraction of the typical cost of such a project. Construction documents were developed by Connolly, with interior design by Ebbrell Architecture + Design.

“It is always a balancing act to find the corporate office fit-up that satisfies both tenant and owner, but thanks to the highly engaged and collaborative teams at Nordblom and Lantheus, we landed on the best outcome for all involved,” said Jay Connolly, president of Connolly Brothers.
