Condyne leases 540,000 s/f warehouse and 30,000 s/f of office space to Victor
According to Condyne, the long-term lease agreement executed with Victor Innovatex, Inc. at 81 Commerce Dr. has been completed. The textile company has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 540,000 s/f of warehouse and 30,000 s/f of first class office space.
Victor Innovatex recently purchased partial assets of the former Quaker Fabric Corp. including machinery, equipment and inventory, as well as several of the company's trademarks and design copyrights. Victor intends to hire all necessary support from management to mill workers in order to guarantee a smooth transition.
"This is about bringing value to our customers. This acquisition will allow Victor to deliver compelling solutions to the mill market by expanding our expertise in contract textile design, lean production, on-time delivery and consistent quality to the residential market," said Alain Duval, president and CEO of Victor.

While it’s impossible to prevent disasters and power outages entirely, proactive preparation can significantly minimize their impact on your commercial building.
