85 Mathewson Rd. for $4 million
Barrington, RI Compass negotiated the sale of 85 Mathewson Rd. for $4 million. Elizabeth Kirk and Lisa Schryver of Compass’ Kirk|Schryver Team represented the buyer. This sale marks the highest sale in the town in 2024, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.*
Situated on Mathewson Rd., this newer construction with a private dock offers views from almost every room. The home was designed by architect Scott Weymoth.
“The current market can be incredibly challenging with so little inventory, so we often need to explore properties not currently listed” said Kirk. “We were thrilled to help secure this stunning, off-market property for our dear friends and clients.
