Compass completes $1.5 million sale
Warren, RI Compass has completed the sale of 9 Shore Drive in Warren for $1.5 million. Beth Anderson, of Compass’ Barrington Office, represented the Seller and Amanda Bruneau, also of Compass’ Barrington Office, represented the Buyer in this transaction. The sale marks the highest residential sale in Warren, year-to-date.*
