Atlantic Property Management expands portfolio with three new properties

Boston, MA Atlantic Property Management, a boutique property management company part of Atlantic Retail, has been awarded three assignments consisting of office and retail properties across the state. This expansion reflects Atlantic Property Management’s continued commitment to providing premier property management services for its clients. 

The new property management assignments include: 

  • 535 Lowell St., Peabody, MA - Retail 
  • 180 Main St., Worcester, MA – Office 
  • 72-82 Worcester Rd., Webster, MA – Retail 

These locations will benefit from Atlantic Property Management’s comprehensive range of services, including property maintenance, financial management, and tenant relations. The company is known for its hands-on approach to property care and client service.
