Citizens Bank leases 50,000 s/f at WS Development's Legacy Place

According to WS Development, Citizens Bank has signed leases to occupy approximately 50,000 s/f of office and retail space at Legacy Place, the new 675,000 s/f shopping and entertainment destination. Legacy Place will serve as a hub for Citizens' consumer and business banking, consumer finance and marketing departments, with personnel relocating from Citizens' operations in Norwood and Westwood. Citizens will also become the official financial services and banking sponsor at Legacy Place, and will open a 3,000 s/f banking branch and multiple ATMs on site. "Legacy Place offers excellent office space at a location that is convenient for our colleagues and with amenities that will provide a wonderful work-life balance," said Neil Grassie, head of property for Citizens Financial Group and RBS Americas. "We are excited to move into the new space, which, with its efficient open plan environment, will enhance collaboration and communication among the departments that will be operating there."
