Ciolfi of Millennium Place earns Accredited Comm'l. Manager cert.

John Ciolfi, general manager of Millennium Place, has earned the accredited commercial manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The accredited commercial manager certification is awarded to managers of commercial real estate properties who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. Accredited commercial manager members must also abide by a rigorous code of professional ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute. Ciolfi has served as general manager for Millennium Place since January of 2004. Millennium Place is a 1.9 million s/f, mixed-use, luxury development. Ciolfi is a certified property manager (CPM), a Mass. licensed real estate broker, and a Mass. licensed construction supervisor. He has attended Boston University's Metropolitan College and earned Certificates in General Real Estate Studies, Commercial Real Estate, and most recently, a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from The Massachusetts Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Mr. Ciolfi is currently serving as a Delegate Member of the Legislative Action Committee for the Community Associations Institute, New England Chapter (CAI-NE).

The industrial markets have never been stronger. What has happened is that the build out of Devens with new high-tech biotech manufacturing with housing to service these buildings serves as the connector required to really make the I-495 West market sizzle. Worcester has been the beneficiary
