Choate and Bachman of Colliers facilitate 53,664 s/f lease renewal

Newington, NH Colliers has facilitated the recent 53,664 s/f, seven-year lease renewal for FedPoint, a federal benefits administrator, at 100 Arboretum Dr. David Choate and Abigail Bachman, of Colliers’ Portsmouth office, represented the tenant in the renewal and Steve Horan of Farley White Interests represented the landlord.

“We are pleased that we were able to reach an agreement with Farley White on a new lease at 100 Arboretum Dr. This has been a great location within Pease Tradeport from which to operate. Since we opened our doors in 2002, we have grown from a fledgling backroom to a major contractor serving the benefit administration needs of millions of federal government employees and military personnel. We look forward to working here to expand our business in the coming years,” said Paul Forte, FedPoint CEO.
