Charter Realty welcomes Arsenault as executive vice president

Boston, MA Jeff Arsenault has joined Charter Realty as executive vice president. In this role, Arsenault will focus on retail advisory services throughout the Boston and the New England area, while also collaborating with colleagues across North America to serve the firm’s national clients.

With over 30 years of experience in retail transactions, Arsenault has negotiated numerous deals for both landlords and tenants across Boston, New England, and the broader U.S. His expertise spans strategic project leasing, planning, merchandising, and guiding retailers and restaurants into both new and established markets. Arsenault is known for bringing a combination of insight, creativity, and vision to every deal, consistently delivering outcomes for his clients.

Arsenault has represented leading institutional landlords, including Regency Centers, Kimco,

Brixmor, Clarion Partners, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Invesco, and Boston Properties. His tenant representation portfolio includes brands such as X-Golf America, Orangetheory Fitness, SweatHouz, Walgreens, Eataly, Digital Credit Union (DCU), King Living, and Laser MD MedSpa, alongside a variety of boutique regional retail and restaurant brands.
