Charter Realty & Development arranges 2,350 s/f lease

Charter Realty & Development has arranged a 2,350 s/f lease for Fleisher's Craft Butcher at 160 East Putnam Rd. Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development represented Fleisher's in direct dealings with the landlord. Fleisher's will be occupying the former Radio Shack and joining existing tenants including the Greenwich Cheese Company and Fjord Fish Market. Fleisher's is an old-fashioned butcher shop with modern-day ideals. They're dedicated to exclusively carrying pasture-raised meat from small, local farms that share their values of quality and sustainability. Fleisher's premium beef, pork, lamb and poultry products come from animals that live stress-free lives and are never given antibiotics, hormones, steroids or animal by-products. The reasoning is part ethics, part health and part food safety, but it also translates into better tasting meat, milk, and eggs.
