In his new role, Mikelonis will lead the entire property management department, allowing the company to operate seamlessly across all business units. He is now responsible for overseeing CHARLESGATE’s multifamily management, HOA management, leasing, capital project and construction management, and its services teams.

CHARLESGATE achieved growth in 2021, including 31% growth in its leasing business unit, 52% growth in multifamily management, and 65% growth in property management. In addition, the CHARLESGATE team grew by over 75% year-over-year, while the brokerage team added 11 new agents.

In addition to Mikelonis’ new role, the company named Andrea Martel and Casey Patterson associate directors of property management. Ross Orlando was named to the newly-created client experience manager role, while Jared Clement was promoted to the new leasing brokerage manager position.

“Todd has been a critical member of CHARLESGATE since soon after our inception. Over that time he has been one of our most valuable team members and leaders – and has been instrumental in our growth as well as in delivering a world class customer experience for our clients,” said Michael DiMella, managing partner.

“As we’ve grown, Todd has taken on more and more responsibilities and empowered our organization and team to more success every step of the way. I’m excited to have him lead even more growth into the future as the Senior Director of CHARLESGATE property management.”

“It’s exciting right now to be at CHARLESGATE,” Mikelonis said. “You want to be a part of something that is going somewhere. Our growth has been very fast and very organic, but it’s a collaborative environment. We’re excited to invest in our team and work cross-departmentally to provide the very best service to our clients and staff.”
