What started in 2006 as Green Day at CBT Architects has grown to become a Green Week.
Anchored by education programs, keynoters and a green product trade show, Green Week is presented by CBT for firm staff and colleagues from the area’s design and construction community.
Highlights of Green Week 2013 include:
April 24: Sea Level Rise
• Kathleen Baskin to present on the challenges and responses to rising sea levels; Baskin is Director of Water Policy at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs
April 25: Urban Farming
• Trish Karter, entrepreneur and the founder and former CEO of Dancing Deer Bakery, will demonstrate the economic, social and community benefits of urban farming. Karter is the CEO of LightEffect Farms
April 26: Green Expo and Trade Show
• 26 manufacturers and product experts will showcase sustainable materials, furnishings and equipment in during a trade show hosted at CBT’s Canal Street offices
