Portsmouth, NH According to CBRE | Portsmouth, Activemed Practices and Research, Inc. has leased 5,535 s/f of office space at 110 Corporate Dr.  They will be moving, from their current location in Newington, to their new facility in June.

ActivMed Practices and Research Inc. is a freestanding research facility, with associated private practices, that provides quality care and data. They operate two other clinical research offices located in Methuen, Mass. and Beverly, Mass.

ActivMed has been nationally recognized repeatedly for their excellent patient care, patient recruitment and a high standard of protocol delivery. They have also been recognized for having successfully completed nearly 650 clinical research trials.

Kent White represented the landlord and Christian Stallkamp procured the tenant in this transaction.

CBRE | Portsmouth also leased 25,400 s/f at 55 Heritage Ave. to Adaptable Computer, LLC.  Adaptable Computer is relocating their warehouse from 95 Ledge Rd. in Seabrook.
