Casey of Sweeney Real Estate represents sellers of 33 Veterans Memorial Parkway - $750,000
East Providence, RI Kevin Casey, vice president, brokerage of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of 33 Veterans Memorial Pkwy. in their sale of the real estate to 33 Vets, LLC.
The property was a total of 7,708 s/f and was comprised of warehouse space, office suites and residential units on a .23 acre lot.
The site sold for $750,000.
The buyers were represented by Jonathan Kaufman of Lila Delman/Compass.
