Cardente Real Estate sells 16,170 s/f retail center for $1.19 million
According to Cardente Real Estate, Twilight Years, LLC, has purchased a 16,170 s/f retail center located 824 Roosevelt Trail for $1.19 million.
This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller by Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the buyer by David Choate of Collier International.
