Cardente Real Estate completes two leases totaling 2,600 s/f

According to Cardente Real Estate, the Portland Phoenix has leased 1,300 s/f of office space from JB Brown & Sons at 65 West Commercial St., (Portland Star Match Building). This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate and on behalf of the tenant by Mark Sandler of the Dunham Group. NGL Supply Terminal Company, LLC has also leased 1,300 s/f of office space from JB Brown & Sons at the same location. This transaction was brokered by Cardente.
