Capital Group Properties welcomes new tenants to Maynard Crossing

Maynard, MA Capital Group Properties negotiated new retail leases signed at Maynard Crossing, a new 306,000 s/f mixed-use development with an assortment of supportive uses anchored by Market Basket . The new tenants, F-45 (Fitness) and Maynard Family Dental, will lease brand new storefronts at #9 and #15 Digital Way, respectively.

“At Maynard Family Dental our mission is to change how people feel about the dentist by creating amazing experiences,” said Dr. Stephen Markowitz, DMD of Maynard Family Dental. “As soon as my team and I saw the Maynard Crossing development, we immediately knew this would be the perfect place for us to best care for our patients, team and the community of Maynard.”

The team at Maynard Family Dental, familiar to the Maynard community, will relocate the recently acquired existing downtown location to a new 2,791 s/f office at Maynard Crossing, adjacent to Zina Day Spa and near 110 Grill. Maynard Family Dental operates four other practices in the area.

F-45 is a growing fitness franchise focused on team training and 45-minute group workouts. This new 2,500 s/f location in the company’s expanding footprint will create a new studio space adjacent CycleBar and near Planet Fitness within the development.

These new tenants will join a synergy of retail, dining, healthcare and entertainment users at Maynard Crossing’s thriving pedestrian-friendly environment. The development, which is located at 2-16 Digital Way, broke ground in 2019, integrating new residential communities with The Vue at Maynard Crossing, a 180-unit luxury apartment complex, and Camellia Gardens, a 143-unit upscale senior independent living community.

Recent store openings celebrated earlier this year at Maynard Crossing include Gymja Warrior, Supercuts, Middlesex Savings Bank, Eco Nails and more.

Capital Group Properties is a Southborough-based developer of numerous mixed-use and commercial developments in the area, including Northborough Crossing, The Crossing at Whites Corner and Town Center in Southborough, Oxford Crossing, Sharon Marketplace and Maynard Crossing as well as many luxury residential communities throughout Southborough, Wellesley, Natick, Framingham and other MetroWest communities.
