Callaghan and Kourakis of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sell 85 Wright Lane - $2.75 million

North Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty negotiated the sale of 85 Wright Ln., for $2.75 million. The sellers were represented Judy Callaghan and Kathy Kourakis, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s. The buyers were represented by Becki Donnell of BHHS New England Properties. 

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale of 2023 in the town, and the highest sale since May of 2022 when agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sold 66 Lands End Dr.

Located on Poplar Point, this updated waterfront home has views of Narragansett Bay, a stone paver driveway, mature landscaping, and a direct path to the water, the property is perfect for persona.

“I am overjoyed to assist my sellers on this property” said Callaghan. “Its fantastic location and views are the epitome of waterfront living in Rhode Island.”

“The location to Wickford Village and Narragansett Bay is spectacular” said Kourakis. “I hope the buyers enjoy it as much as the previous owners.”
