O’Brien Commercial Properties finalizes sale of 39,000 s/f flex building for $3 million

Pawtucket, RI O’Brien Commercial Properties has completed the sale of a multi-tenant flex building located at 402–404 Walcott St. The property, which is fully leased at 39,000 s/f, was purchased by Francis Maclean Realty Trust for $3 million.

Eric O’Brien, president of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc., procured both the buyer and the seller, Coneco Realty LLC, in arranging this transaction.

“The building is located just about a mile off I-95, midway between Boston and New York,” said O’Brien. “To acquire a fully stabilized industrial property of this caliber for $77 per s/f is a rare opportunity in today’s market.”
