Block of CBRE handles 34,000 s/f lease renewal and expansion to Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists

Greenwich, CT In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists (ONS) has renewed and expanded its lease at Greenwich Office Park. ONS renewed its lease for all of 6 Greenwich Office Park and expanded its administrative space at 9 Greenwich Office Park, for a total of 34,000 s/f. CBRE’s David Block represented the owner, Greenwich Park LLC/Fareri Associates, which acquired the eight-building, 380,000 s/f office complex in 2016. David Hoffman, Jr. and Michael Norris of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

“The 10-year commitment that ONS has made to Greenwich Office Park is a testament to the property’s strong ownership and management at the complex, and to Western Greenwich’s appeal as a thriving office market,” said Block. “Since purchasing Greenwich Office Park, Fareri Associates has aspired to position and maintain the asset as the premier office destination in the market and work to enhance Western Greenwich’s reputation as a true live/work/play environment.”

“ONS moved into 14,000 s/f in Greenwich Office Park 20 years ago this month,” said Dr. Seth Miller, President of ONS. “Over the years we have been able to expand our footprint in the office park to accommodate our organization’s growth.”

The multi-specialty practice now holds over 80,000 square feet in leased office space in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.

Currently, Greenwich Office Park offers tenants unparalleled office space ranging from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet. The complex has a variety of tenant amenities, including a full-service café within walking distance to all eight office buildings, two ponds complete with fountains and outdoor seating, a private fitness center, direct shuttle service to the Greenwich train station and on-site management. The buildings feature operable windows, individually controlled heating and cooling units and abundant, partially structured parking.
