“We are pleased to have assisted PDC Beauty & Wellness with finding a new corporate headquarters,” said Rorick. “The modern space in the building and proximity to downtown Stamford make this an ideal choice for PDC.”

750 East Main St. is located in downtown. The building is newly renovated and features a full amenity package, including train shuttle, cafeteria, boardroom, game room and fitness center. The property provides on-site covered parking and access to I-95. In addition, the site is within walking distance of the Stamford Transportation Center (which includes MetroNorth, Amtrak and Regional Bus) and other downtown amenities. The property also features views of downtown and the Long Island Sound. PDC Beauty & Wellness Co. will occupy the entire ninth floor and a portion of the tenth floor.

“We are excited to welcome PDC Beauty & Wellness to the building,” said Raasch. “We look forward to having PDC as an anchor tenant for many years to come.”
