Billipp of The Kane Co. sells 5,800 s/f former Kittery Optometric Associates building
The Kane Company sold the property located at 57 State Rd.
The 5,800 s/f, free-standing building is the former location of Kittery Optometric Associates who have moved into a larger facility on the Rte. 1 by-pass. The property was vacant for several years and will be extensively renovated by the new owners who are finalizing plans for the new location.
Peter Billipp of The Kane Co. represented the seller and procured the buyer.
