Fred Attalla of Weichert Realtors, Point East Yankee Trader sold a 11,361 s/f rmixed-use building at 7-17 Wallingford Sq. for $470,000. Bill Faulkner of the Bean Group represented the sellers, Kittery Masonic Association. Attalla represented the buyers, Michael Landgarten, Jackie Nooney and Tim Driscoll. The 3-story building (constructed in 1923) has 9,000 s/f on the first and second floors, 2,200 s/f on the third floor. The street level contains a frame shop, office space and a former bank branch.
