Attalla of Weichert Realtors, Points East Yankee Trader sells 11,361 s/f - $470,000

Fred Attalla of Weichert Realtors, Point East Yankee Trader sold a 11,361 s/f rmixed-use building at 7-17 Wallingford Sq. for $470,000. Bill Faulkner of the Bean Group represented the sellers, Kittery Masonic Association. Attalla represented the buyers, Michael Landgarten, Jackie Nooney and Tim Driscoll. The 3-story building (constructed in 1923) has 9,000 s/f on the first and second floors, 2,200 s/f on the third floor. The street level contains a frame shop, office space and a former bank branch. Offices and the grand hall are on the second floor and a commercial kitchen and banquet hall are on the third floor. Their is on-site parking in 5 garage bays and in permitted lot. The Masons purchased the former Movie Gallery building on Shapleigh Rd. for $450,000 and will rent the space to the Naval Lodge #184 and Maine Chapter #73.
