Billipp and Kane of The Kane Co. sell 20 acre lot
Holding Court, LLC purchased a 20 acre lot in the Garrison Glen Corporate Park at 7 Continental Dr. from Garrison Glen, LLC. The new owner plans to develop the property into an indoor tennis facility.
Holding Court chose the property because of its location and it met their space requirements.
Peter Billipp and Lisa Kane of The Kane Co. represented the seller and Florence Ruffner of Ruffner Real Estate represented the buyer.
