Tom Barry of CB Richard Ellis-New England sold a 236,622 s/f industrial building at 373 Market St. for $2.125 million to RBS Warren, LLC.
TN Realty, LLC, sold the boat building facility, on 20.96 acres. Tenants include TPI (91,387 s/f) and Pearson Composites (145,235 s/f). The property, which fronts Rte. 136, has outside storage space, 275 parking spaces, one dock and 18 drive-in doors and cranes ranging from 2-5 tons.
The masonry block building was last expanded in 1987 and contains 187,986 s/f floor plate with 48,636 s/f of mezzanine space.
