The 104,700 s/f industrial property (includes 7,500 s/f office annex), located on 11.32 acres in the North Central Industrial Park, sold for $3 million to One Powder Hill Realty, LLC.
The entire class A facility, built in 1964 and renovated in 2001, is air conditioned with 23' clear ceiling height and seven dock-height doors with levelers is 2 miles from I-295 with access to Rte. 146 and I-95.
