GVA Thompson Hennessy & Partners brokers lease

Chris McMahon, vice president of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners, represented the tenant, Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, in its recent lease at 10 Milk St. The landlord, Wight & Company, represented themselves. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, 10 Milk St. proved to be the best location for the new home of Boston's Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. The committee is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan legal organization providing pro bono legal representation to victims of discrimination based on race or national origin.
