Babat of Butler Realty Group leases 4,000 s/f
Robert Babat of Butler Realty Group leased 4,000 s/f of industrial space for two years at 11 Sherman Rd., Building C, to Charles River Analytics, Inc.
The landlord is Mazza Marina, LLC.
Charles River will use the space for research and development and chose to relocate to the space due to its access to Narragansett Bay, CW zoning, and cooperation from the owner.
