Somersworth, NH NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 1 Somersworth Plaza, to Yuan Ze 2LLC for $339,900. 1 Somersworth Plaza is an 8,400 s/f retail strip plaza, formerly known as Lucky Supermarket, and was owned and operated by LDL Enterprises for several years. The buyer of the property is an investor, and plans to put the property on the market for lease in the near future.

This is the third transaction that NAI Norwood Group has represented the client with on their local investment portfolio, which include a former bank, hotel/rooming home, and most recently the end cap unit of the plaza.
