Arbor closes two Fannie Mae DUS loans totaling $3.142m

Arbor Commercial Funding, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, recently funded two loans totaling $3.142 million under the Fannie Mae DUS product line. The loans include: * Pavilion Apartments, Hartford - 72-unit complex in the amount of $1.142 million under the Fannie Mae DUS MAH product line. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 6.11%. * Windsor Oaks Apartments, New Haven - 50-unit complex in the amount of $2 million under the Fannie Mae DUS Small Loan product line. The 10-year loan amortizes on a 30-year schedule and carries a note rate of 5.99%. The loans were originated by John Edwards, vice president, in Arbor's full service Boston, Mass. lending office. "We were pleased with the opportunity to provide financing for repeat clients of Arbor," said Edwards. The loans were arranged by Fred Vogell of Mortgage Resources.
