Hampshire Cos. leases 21,000 s/f at 20 Church St.

According to The Hampshire Companies, S.H. Smith & Company, Inc. has leased 21,000 s/f at 20 Church St. The property is a part of Hampshire Partners Fund VI, Hampshire's $235 million institutional real estate investment fund. The landmark building is situated along I-91 in close proximity to all of Hartford's top business addresses, fine dining, entertainment and state government buildings. Since acquiring the building in 2006, Hampshire has made significant upgrades and renovations to the property.
