Amper of Rodman Real Estate brokers 2 leases, sells land site
Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate, Inc. has leased 2,300 s/f of office space located at 127 School St. The space was leased to Basler Chiropractic for a period of five years.
The second lease was a 2,690 s/f retail lease at 120 Lambert Lind Highway, Warwick to Tolchinsky Furs per a period of five years.
Amper was the sole broker in both transactions.
And in Providence, Amper and Chris Greenman, vice president of Capstone Properties have sold a 42,253 s/f parcel of land located at 30 Royal Little Dr. to Plaza Properties of Pennsylvania. Plaza Properties intends to build a medical building at the site.
Capstone Props. represented the buyer and Rodman R.E. represented the seller.
The selling price was $400,000.
