Warren, RI Michael Alves of Elite Commercial Realty at KW Commercial sold 653 Metacom Ave. for $355,000 on behalf of the seller, Brum Property Holdings LLC and the buyer, Kerri Hathaway. Elite Group acted on behalf of the buyer and seller.
Hathaway purchased the 2,052 s/f mixed-use property to grow their portfolio.
The property, on a .449 acre lot is located along Metacom Ave. and Ridgeway Dr.
