Alves and Lowe of KW Commercial sell two Woonsocket sites

Woonsocket, RI Michael Alves and Christopher Lowe of the Elite Group at KW Commercial have completed the sale of multiple residential land lots for the city, and are in the process of selling two further commercial developments for the city, including the Park Place Middle School and the former Ayotte Field which is currently under agreement.

“The insatiable appetite for quality development opportunities means these opportunities are closing fast, which is a great win for the city having them re-enter the tax rolls,” said Michael Alves, whose firm will be handling strategic municipal sales for the town, after securing a tender for real estate services late last year.
