Adam Construction completes 3,300 s/f design/build for Exceptional Health: Design provided by Livermore Edwards Assoc.

Adam Construction Co. has completed a fast-track medical office build-out for a new concierge practice at 140 Gould St. Al Mendelsohn, owner of Adam Const., identified the 3,300 s/f space, oversaw the lease negotiations, designed and built the medical offices for Dr. Karen Isselbacher. Being located on Gould St, her new space is located near Rte.128 with access to Rte. 9, Mass Pike and local hospitals. Adam was selected because it offers a range of construction-related services in each phase of a project. Given Mendelsohn's experience in site management, engineering and construction techniques, he delivered the new practice within budget parameters. Adam Const. served as the project's general contractor while Livermore Edwards & Associates was the architect. Major subcontractors involved in the project included Control Air Systems, Greaves Electric, Kane Plumbing, and Unity Carpet.
