A.W. Perry recognizes facilities team for
80 years of service to the company

Boston, MA A.W. Perry recognizes Tom McLaughlin, Tom Leary, Steve DiPersio, Nick Bernard, Mark Scolponeti, Jose Lantigua, Jim Lannon, Cederik Arias, and Ulises Hernandez from its facilities team, spanning A.W. Perry’s Boston, South Shore, and North Shore property portfolio.

For nearly 140 years, A.W. Perry, Inc. has contributed to the fabric and economy of the city of Boston and the South Shore through its real estate holdings and community investments. Under the management of the fifth generation of the Perry family, A.W. Perry is known for premier properties such as 20 Winthrop Sq., The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St., 77 Franklin St. and 40 Summer St. in Boston, as well as its South Shore Park campus located in Hingham and Rockland.

With a combined 80+ years of service to the company, these A.W. Perry’s facilities team members possess extensive knowledge of the buildings they operate and they are committed to providing a high level of service to every tenant. Each team member takes pride in combining their technical skills and delivering a hospitality-driven experience.
