Colliers leases 6,870 s/f to Optima Dermatology
at 31 Stiles Road

Salem, NH Colliers has leased 6,870 s/f to Optima Dermatology & Medical Aesthetics at 31 Stiles Rd. 

Hugo Overdeput and Andrew Robbins, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the landlord and Sean McQuaid, of Eastern Retail Properties, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. 

“We are excited about this move into 31 Stiles Rd. in Salem. This new and larger practice allows us to continue to deliver on our mission of creating greater access to expert dermatology care,” said Max Puyanic.

Optima Dermatology will join other premier medical tenants at 31 Stiles Rd. Built in 2013, this two-story 50,456 s/f medical building is home to Parkland Urgent Care, Salem Radiology, and Lahey Center for Oncology and Hematology.
