Zolla of Tinkham sells 24,000 s/f industrial to Stonehill Realty - $1 million: Sold to Stonehill Realty; Sold by Nash and Clegg
Tinkham Realty, Inc. sold 19 Executive Dr. to Stonehill Realty, LLC.
The property consists of a 24,000 s/f industrial building on 2.64 acres, 2 loading docks, 17' ceiling height, 4,720 s/f of office space and will be occupied by Airex Filter Corp., located at 14 Clement Rd. in Hudson.
William Zolla of Tinkham's commercial division represented the buyer. The seller was Debra Nash and Priscilla Clegg.
