Zolla of Tinkham Realty and Keller of Fairway R. E. neg. $865,000 sale
According to Tinkham Realty, Inc. the sale of 42 Locke Rd. to BC Concord Investments, LLC has been completed.
The property consists of a 16,500 s/f industrial building on 2 acres, serviced by town water and sewer and located at the Concord Industrial Park.
Bill Zolla of the commercial division of Tinkham represented the seller, Radlo Foods, LLC and Wendy Keller, of Fairway Real Estate, represented the buyer, BC Concord.
The selling price according to the registry of deeds was $865,000.
