Zolla and Fraser of Tinkham sell 13,586 s/f industrial condo - $660,000
Tinkham Realty, Inc. sold a 13,586 s/f industrial condominium at Derry Business Center, 3 Corporate Park Dr., unit #2, to Derry Corporate Park, LLC. The business park is located 1.4 miles from exit 4 off I-93. The site consists of 4 industrial condo's totaling 55,107 s/f on 5.595 acres and is serviced by municipal water and sewer. Plans for the property will be announced in the near future.
The sale price according to the Registry of Deeds is $660,000.
Bill Zolla and David Fraser of the commercial division represented the seller Derry Business Center, LLC.
