Zelman of ERA Broder Commercial negotiates 38,256 s/f $3.675 million sale

Brian Zelman of ERA Broder Commercial has negotiated the sale of the New Park Office & Conference Center at 151 New Park Ave. The property was sold on behalf of 151 New Park LLC to New Park 151 LLC for $3.675 million. Built in 1914 as a foundry, the building was converted to its present use in 1986. The property consists of 38,256 s/f of office space and conference/training facilities for use by its tenants and outside businesses. Located close to I-84 and major retail centers, the building provides turnkey office suites with telephones, internet access, furniture and conference space along with larger suites occupied by a variety of small businesses and non-profits. Zelman represented the seller and David Richman of Colliers Dow & Condon represented the buyer.
