Yannios RE Investment Sales brokers $3.525 million apartment sale
Haverhill, MA James Yannios, principal of Yannios RE Investment Sales brokered the sale of Highland Maple Apartments, a 39-unit apartment building, for $3.525 million.
The circa 1850 masonry style building features two three-story buildings. The unit mix comprises five three-bedrooms, 12 two-bedrooms and 22 one-bedroom apartments. Yannios exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer, who both remained anonymous.
