Boston, MA Colliers International Boston has expanded its southwest team with the addition of an established, four-person team transitioning from NAI Hunneman. The team consists of Cathy Minnerly, executive vice president, Ovar Osvold, vice president, Sean Hannigan, broker associate and Glenne Bachman, senior client service coordinator.

The team will be focused on landlord and tenant representation assignments in the southwest suburban industrial market, joining the current team of David Goodhue, Caleb Hudak, Stephen Woelfel, Kevin Brawley, PJ Foster, John Real and Alex Langer.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Cathy and her talented team and are confident that they will be instrumental in further elevating our industrial expertise as demand for that product continues to rise,” said Goodhue. “Our team has repeatedly collaborated on transactions with them over the years, and we have always been impressed by their work ethic, level of professionalism and market knowledge.”

Minnerly has worked in commercial real estate for 31 years, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and R&D properties in the Greater Boston south suburban region. She averages more than 50 sales and leasing transactions, representing more than one million s/f annually.

Minnerly has been recognized as NAI Hunneman’s Top Commercial Broker and leader in transaction volume over multiple years as well as a Costar Power Broker for the past 12 years. She was also named a “Woman of Influence” by the Boston Business Journal in 2015. That same year, she was the recipient of the Commercial Brokers Association’s Community Impact Award for her involvement in the 77.3-acre sale to Amazon for its 1.1 million s/f distribution center at South Coast Park, and the Industrial Deal of the Year for the 115-acre sale in Myles Standish Park for Martignetti’s 680,000 s/f headquarter and distribution facility. Minnerly has received numerous other awards throughout her career, including CBA’s Top 5 Industrial Broker and Top Industrial Deal of the Year, AEW’s U.S. Industrial Leasing Agent of the Year, BBJ’s “Women of FIRE”, and Boston Herald’s “Top 10 Women Brokers in Boston.”

Osvold has deep experience in advising and consulting clients in the leasing, sale and acquisition of real estate assets in the south suburban market. Over the past 8 years at NAI Hunneman, he was involved in more than five million square feet of transactions, which include office, flex, industrial, and land deals. Ovar is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, and in 2015 was involved with both the “Community Impact” Award and “Industrial Deal of the Year”.

Hannigan is an associate with a focus on landlord and tenant representation assignments in the south suburban market. Sean is a 2016 graduate of Bentley University with a bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance.

Bachman, a former NAI Hunneman marketing coordinator for the industrial team, rounds out the team at Colliers. In her role, she will play an important role on the Southwest team with a focus on marketing and client services. Bachman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa.

Colliers president James Elcock shared his enthusiasm for this latest addition, noting that “Cathy and her team have an impressive track record of assignments and relationships in the greater Boston market. Their strength, combined with the strength and depth of our existing Southwest team, will make for an addition that is accretive to all facets of the larger Colliers Boston organization.”
