WS Development leases 23,100 s/f at The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley

WS Development has completed leases at The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley, with the openings of Douglas Wine & Spirits, Visionworks, and DSW: Designer Shoe Warehouse early this year. Douglas Wine & Spirits opened February 1st and occupies a 5,400 s/f space between Sleepy's and Guitar Center. Customers can now enjoy an extensive selection of fine wines and contemporary favorites, as well as a vast selection of craft beers, specialty beers, and spirits. Visionworks, a leading provider of eye care services, will be in opening in March in a 2,700 s/f space between Sephora and Feng Asian Bistro.
