Wright of Lila Delman Compass sells condo unit at 341 Thames St. for $3.55 million

Bristol, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the sale of 341 Thames St., Unit 303S in the Stone Harbour complex for $3.55 million. Alyce Wright, sales associate of Lila Delman Compass’ Newport office, represented the buyer.

The singular penthouse unit of Stone Harbour, which offers South and West-facing water views, has three bedrooms, three full and one half bathrooms and a home theater. The unit includes four garage parking spaces.
