Wright of Colliers International completes three leases totaling 4,130 s/f

 

 

 

Manchester, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, completed three retail lease transactions. Bryan Wright, of the Manchester office, took the lead on the projects with Dan Scanlon, JD, CCIM assisting.

Wright represented both the landlord, Integrated Properties, and the tenant, Wing It On!, in a lease of 1,380 s/f at 1875 South Willow St. They will join Bob’s Discount Furniture, La Carreta, and FASTSIGNS, bringing the plaza to 100% occupancy. 

The second transaction was on behalf of 9Round which opened in 1,550 s/f at Livingston Plaza on Hooksett Rd.  

Lastly, Wright represented Cell Phone Repair in a 1,200 s/f lease at Brixmor Property Group’s recently renovated shopping center on Colby Court in Bedford. The center is anchored by the newly constructed Boston Interiors. This is Cell Phone Repair’s first store in New Hampshire and they plan to open Q2.
