Worth of Calcagni Commercial sells two subdivisions
Tom Worth, president of Calcagni Commercial Real Estate, sold two residential subdivisions to Jordan Properties of North Haven. The seller was Webster Bank. The first project, Mystique Lane in Cromwell, is a 26-lot active adult community with 6 units previously sold. Units will range in size from 1,400 to 1,600 s/f.
The second project is a 50-acre subdivision with approvals for eight custom homes or seven homes and ten active adult free standing condominiums. No work has commenced on this site.
Worth represented the buyer in the transaction. There was no broker representing the seller.
