Arnold Arnold Peck's Commercial World and Caselli Commercial merge
Arnold Peck of Arnold Peck's Commercial World and Joseph Caselli of Caselli Commercial Properties have merged.
Arnold Peck's Commercial World offers unsurpassed service in the sale of commercial properties. Peck also operates ERA Property World that corners the market for customer service in the sale of luxury homes, REO/foreclosure, shoreline homes and new construction custom homes or spec homes (they have been building for over 35 years). Their regional office is located at 500 Boston Post Rd. in Milford.
Caselli Commercial Properties brings over 50 years of professional service in the Stratford area to the merger. Ted Hoyt, sales manager of Caselli Commercial Properties, has been with the firm for 35 years. Joe Pavlik, formerly an executive at SNET for over 20+ years, has been with Caselli for several years. Rose Aiello has been an administrative assistant with the Caselli group since 1986 and has worked with Peck/Caselli in several of their joint ventures.
"The merger of these two firms will allow us to provide even better and more extensive service and coverage. This opportunity will also allow our firms to expand their presence in the Fairfield County area," said Hoyt.
Peck and Caselli have shared a personal and professional relationship for nearly 35 years. Some of their major projects have included the Hawley Glen Condos in Stratford, Mallard Brook Crossing on Coleman St. in West Haven, Savin Harbour Condos on Savin Ave. in West Haven, the Niantic Condos, Pelican Cove East and West in Woodmont section of Milford, and the Conversion of the Stratford Arms building to condos. This merger is a logical extension of that relationship. They are both looking forward to providing their clients with the most thorough, comprehensive and professional service available. Peck is elated to have them on the team and anticipates bigger and better transactions.
