Worth Avenue Capital, LLC (WAC) has closed a $125,000 commercial loan for a construction company in Conn.
The loan proceeds were used by the company to purchase an investment property in Connecticut that they will fully renovate and then rent out to a new tenant and hold the property as part of their real estate investment portfolio.
The loan was funded by a Connecticut based community bank. WAC was able to close this transaction for the client within about three weeks.
